01About

Hi, I’m Maya. And I’ve
sat on your side of the desk.

You’ve done everything “right”: the degree, the promotions, the steady paycheck. And yet somewhere along the way, Sunday nights started to ache. If you’re quietly wondering “is this really it?”, you’re in very good company.

I spent fourteen years leading HR teams before I retrained as a coach, so I’ve read the other side of a thousand résumés, sat in on the promotion meetings, and made the leap myself. Since 2016, my Austin practice has helped more than 400 professionals stop drifting and start choosing: new roles, new industries, new definitions of success.

My style is warm, direct, and deeply practical. You bring the honesty; I’ll bring the structure, the questions no one else is asking you, and a plan you can actually follow.

02How it works

A clear path out of “stuck.”

No 200-page workbooks, no vague pep talks. Three steps, one honest conversation at a time, paced to your life.

Discover

Week 1 · 75 minutes

A deep-dive session where we untangle what's draining you, surface the strengths you've stopped noticing, and get brutally honest about what “fits” means for you, not for your résumé.

Plan

Weeks 2–5

We translate clarity into a concrete transition roadmap: target roles and industries, a story that explains your pivot, a search system, and weekly actions small enough to actually happen.

Transition

Weeks 6–12

We execute together: applications that get read, interviews where you sound like yourself, offer and salary negotiations, until you're standing in work that feels like yours again.

Every engagement starts the same way: a free 20-minute call, no obligation. Just clarity on your next step.

03Kind words

The part where they say it better.

Real clients, shared with permission. Names used the way they asked.

I came in exhausted and overqualified for a job I hated. Twelve weeks later I accepted a role I'd never have dared apply for, at a 22% raise. Maya sees the version of you that you've stopped believing in.
